Canadian students have met the Challenge!
After 8 weeks of moving and grooving, the 2011 WonderCares Fitness Challenge is officially over! Congratulations to all the elementary schools and students across Canada for successfully completing the Challenge!
Getting students active and fit while having fun is the greatest reward of the WonderCares Fitness Challenge. However, 42 schools have an extra reason to smile! These lucky schools have won a total of $18,000 worth of sports and playground equipment!
Special congratulations goes out to
Maryfield School in Maryfield, SK for winning the Grand Prize of $10,000 of playground equipment and Coronation Public School in Cambridge, ON for winning the Mid-Program Prize of $4,000 of sports equipment!

The 2011 WonderCares Fitness Challenge has been a great success: 407,963 Canadian students have danced and exercised for a grand total of 477,442,330 minutes! WOW!
